Processing of Personal Data in Accordance with EU Regulation

In relation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we kindly ask for your consent to the processing of your personal data on the e-shop www.travel-world.vision. The purpose of the GDPR is to provide a higher level of protection for your personal data, as well as transparency regarding its processing and your rights.


Your personal data is processed strictly in accordance with applicable legislation. We process personal data only with the client’s consent. It is entirely up to you whether you provide consent to the proposed extent or not. Providing consent is entirely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. We are bound by the scope of the consent provided and fully respect it.


1. Purpose of Processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling your orders, ordered services, and invoicing.

We process the following customer data, which is necessary for fulfilling orders and which you knowingly provide:

  • Last name

  • Street and house number

  • Postal code

  • City

  • State

  • Country

  • Phone number

  • Company name

  • Company registration number (IČO)

  • Tax ID (DIČ)

  • VAT ID (IČ DPH)

  • Email address


Data you provide unknowingly:

  • IP address


3. Duration of Processing

Your personal data will be securely stored, collected, processed, and archived for accounting purposes for 10 years (in accordance with Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting, as amended) from the last completed order.


4. Cookies

To tailor the content of our e-shop to your preferences, we use cookies. Cookies are small data files that our e-shop stores in your web browser upon visit. If you disagree with the use of cookies, please set your own cookie preferences in your web browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the e-shop.


5. Web Metrics and Analytics

These are conversion or pixel tags, or small graphic images that may be embedded in our e-shop’s code and allow the identification of users for the purpose of tracking their behavior and measuring traffic.

Apart from order fulfillment, we use your contact details for sending promotional or marketing communications. We process the following data:

Data of users who have subscribed to the e-shop newsletter are sent to and processed by a third party outside the EU – the Rocket Science Group, which operates the Mailchimp service and adheres to GDPR regulations. More information is available at mailchimp.com.


7. Right to Access Data

Users of the e-shop have the right to obtain information about the purpose and scope of the processing of their personal data.


8. Right to Data Portability

The data controller is obliged to provide the data subject with all processed information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Exercising this right gives users control over their data and the ability to transfer it to another controller.

9. Right to Rectification

Users have the right to request the correction of stored data if they suspect it is inaccurate. Data can be updated under the “Account” section of the customer account.


10. Right to Restrict Data Processing

Users have the right to request the data controller to restrict the processing of their personal data or to make selected data inaccessible or temporarily removed from publication.


11. Right to Erasure

Users have the right to have their personal data erased without undue delay if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, and the legal reason for its storage no longer applies. Upon request for erasure, all data will be permanently deleted, and related orders (if any) anonymized.


12. Right to Be Forgotten

Users have the right to the implementation of reasonable steps, including technical measures, to erase all references and copies of their personal data if there is no legal reason for its continued storage.


13. Right to Object

Users have the right to object to the processing of their personal data, especially if they cannot exercise the right to erasure.


14. Right to Lodge a Complaint

Users have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe their personal data is being processed in violation of the GDPR.


15. Logging User Requests

The e-shop operator is required to log all user requests related to downloading, correcting, and erasing their data.


16. Data Protection Measures

We use modern technical and security mechanisms to protect processed data from unauthorized access or transmission, loss or destruction, or any other potential misuse.

If you do not provide your consent and personal data, we will not be able to offer any services in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation.
